Meetups & Things
Events
Art, design and cultural events on my radar, many of which we’ll be attending and covering for Creative Boom, including exhibitions, talks, festivals, press trips and conferences. If you have an upcoming event, please let me know.

London Design Festival 2025
We’re heading down to London Design Festival this year, taking place 13–21 September. It’s always one of the most exciting weeks in the creative calendar, when the city transforms into a playground of ideas, installations, and inspiration.

Amsterdam Dance Event
Amsterdam Dance Event takes over the city this October, but few places capture its spirit quite like Volkshotel. Not your average hotel, it’s a creative hub where musicians, artists and free spirits share the same roof. Think underground recording studios buzzing with producers, ateliers filled with over 300 visual artists, and a building alive with ideas around the clock.

Our next adventure
We’ll be in Bukhara, Uzbekistan, this autumn for the first Bukhara Biennial (5 Sept – 14 Nov). Titled Recipes for Broken Hearts, it brings together local artisans with global names like Antony Gormley, Laila Gohar and Subodh Gupta, exploring art, craft and culture as a kind of communal healing feast.
Bukhara Biennial
We love getting out & about.
Armed with my mic and camera, I love meeting people and seeing creative work in the flesh. If you’ve got something coming up that you’d like me or any of my team to cover, please get in touch. We travel the world to create content and conversation around events that matter to creatives.
Nothing beats being there.
From Miami, Barcelona and Tokyo to Sydney, LA, Riyadh, and Milan, we’ve covered it all – whether it’s a one-off art exhibition, a travel discovery trip, an art and culture festival or a creative conference. We’d love to be a part of it.
